Government of Assam proposes to implement a project to be funded by Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India for aggregation of 10,000 Weavers in Assam into an organized entity for end to end solutions and capture the National and International market with produce of North East, through Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
